Bernard Shavitz is a partner and co-founder of Charge Card Systems (CCS). Prior to founding CCS, Mr. Shavitz was the Chairman and CEO of Majestic Industries Inc., a national leading manufacturer of office products servicing Fortune 500 companies.
Mr. Shavitz has served on the Board of Directors for many Fortune 500 companies across a variety of industries including Bio Tech, Financial Services and Real Estate; and was an active marketing consultant to these industries as well.
Mr. Shavitz attended Tufts University.
Anthony L. Andreozzi, Partner & Founder
Anthony L. Andreozzi is a partner and co-founder of Charge Card Systems (CCS). Prior to founding CCS, Mr. Andreozzi was founder and CEO of Andreozzi Enterprises, which owned and operated the largest independent chain of hearing aid & optical retail centers in the United States. Mr. Andreozzi was also a founding member of First United Bank and served on its Board of Directors.
As a highly successful entrepreneur, Mr. Andreozzi has been involved in many profitable ventures ranging from a psychic hotline to commercial real estate.
Mr. Andreozzi attended Providence College.
Jeffrey I. Shavitz, Partner & Founder
Jeffery I. Shavitz is a partner and co-founder of Charge Card Systems (CCS). Mr. Shavitz was elected to the Advisory Board and is a Contributing Writer to The Green Sheet, the leading trade publication in the payments and merchant processing industry. In 2008, he was selected to join the First Data Advisory Board and was formerly a Founding Member of the Advisory Board for Pay By Touch, a processor involved in the biometric authentication of the payment processing industry.
Prior to founding CCS, Mr. Shavitz worked as an Investment Banker at Lehman Brothers in the Corporate Finance/Mergers & Acquisitions Group.
Mr. Shavitz is an active member of the Miami Chapter of Young President's Organization (YPO), a committe member of Make-A-Wish Foundation and Autism Speaks, and a member of the National Register's Who's Who in Executives and Professionals.
Mr. Shavitz attended Tufts University and The London School of Economics.
