Day-to-Day Sales Tasks
- Prospecting, warm-calling and marketing a high volume of contacts
- Ability to generate and manage a high-volume of leads through telemarketing and setting up appointments on a daily basis
- An understanding of the math involved to explain savings to your customers
- Strong sales presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop strong customer relationship management skills including account submission, data entry, tracking, evaluating, contacting, scheduling appointments, follow-up, and planning up-selling strategies
- Insuring paperwork is prepared properly and completed accurately
- Using customer relationship management software to track, organize, and maintain new sales leads
- Using the account tracking software to submit new accounts to corporate office for processing, approval, and installation
